How to delete in the app

1. 1 Open the MyEduLife: Education Archive app and sign in.
2. 2 Go to the Profile tab and tap “Delete account”.
3. 3 Choose one of the two options below.
4. 4 Confirm your identity with your password. If your account was created with Google or Microsoft, type your username instead of a password to confirm.

Option 1: “Delete my MyEduLife data”

Only your data in this app is deleted:

• Your cards (questions, formulas, concepts, notes), sets and subject/topic organisation.
• Your photos, PDFs and uploaded documents.
• Your review history and statistics.
• Your reminders and routines.
• Your app profile.
• Your friendships and shares.
• Classes you created as a teacher and the records in them.

Your Quantum System account stays, so you can keep using it in Quantum System’s other apps.

Option 2: “Delete my Quantum System account completely”

Your Quantum System account is deleted in all apps that use it, and all of the MyEduLife data listed above is deleted too. After this you can no longer sign in to any Quantum System app with that account.

How and when deletion completes

• Deletion runs in the background and completes within minutes.
• Photos and documents are also removed from storage.
• Solutions and comments you wrote on other people’s cards remain so their content isn’t broken, but they are anonymised as “Deleted user” and the photos you attached to them are deleted.

If you can’t open the app

If you can’t access the app, e-mail [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account and say which option you want (only your MyEduLife data, or your whole Quantum System account).
