Frequently asked questions

Is MyEduLife paid?

No. MyEduLife: Education Archive is free and shows no ads.

Which account do I sign in with?

With a Quantum System account. Create one with your e-mail or continue with accounts such as Google or Microsoft. The same account works in Quantum System’s other apps too.

Can I add questions without internet?

Yes. Photos and entries wait in a queue on your phone and upload from where they left off once you’re online. Review answers given offline sync when you reconnect.

How does spaced repetition work?

Each card you save comes back at planned intervals (1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 120 days). Cards you struggle with come back more often, the ones you know well less often.

Where are my photos stored?

Your photos and documents are stored on servers in the European Union (Cloudflare R2); only you and the people you share with can see them. Your data is never sold.

How do I use it as a teacher?

Turn on teacher mode in Profile. Create your classes, paste your student list, keep “Who couldn’t solve it?” records and send questions to students who join with the class code.

How do I delete my account or data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account to delete only your MyEduLife data or your whole Quantum System account. See the “Account & data deletion” page for details.

What is the Question Archive?

Every question, note and formula you add builds up in one archive across your school years. You can tag each card with a subject, topic, grade and exam type, then filter and search your archive by them.

What happens to my cards when I move up a grade or change phones?

Nothing gets lost. Your cards are tied to your Quantum System account: you carry on with the same archive in your new grade, and on a new phone you simply sign in to get everything back.
